“I have used Qualtry via Groupon for a couple years now and their customer service is usually pretty good. This last time I had hiccup when they tried to swindle me for not honoring the Groupon and basically charging me again for the product and then weren’t good at explaining the price difference. I had to ask for an itemized receipt to see what was happening in order to understand what was happening because they weren’t being clear. But I’ve had more good experiences than bad with Qualtry.”

“I have always liked my purchases from Qualtry. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because they messed up on an embroidery order. They did very quickly resolve though.”

“When I received my order there was only labels for what I ordered but the luggage tags were not received. I contacted the company and they no longer had they has but I did receive a full refund.”

“I was sent the wrong size collars for my pets and was informed I could not return them and get the correct size. I think that is robbery, now I have collars my dogs can’t wear a $60.00 waste.”

The medium personalized dog collars that you ordered measured approximately 14-20"L x 3/4"W as indicated in the product description. Hoping for understanding regarding the matter.

“Was very upset that my Groupon didn’t work and I had to pay 80 dollars for 2 sets of wooden spoons and forks. Qualtry wouldn’t cancel my order when I finally got ahold of a person. The email and chats did nothing”

“I ordered 15 wooden spoons with names engraved, and some came back too light. Some had one name light and then the other dark. It was like they ran out of ink.”

“Absolutely horrible service, just awful. i ordered a glass for my son's birthday and it came with the word "established 1972" all jumbled up and unreadable. I called and they sent me another glass. Unfortunately, this glass was the same way! Just unbelieveable!!! Dont the people that are doing this etching on glass ware, check their work???? I finally said enough!! I asked for a return which Qualtry did, but the whole process made is so I had nothing for my sons birthday!”
