“Absolutely horrible service, just awful. i ordered a glass for my son's birthday and it came with the word "established 1972" all jumbled up and unreadable. I called and they sent me another glass. Unfortunately, this glass was the same way! Just unbelieveable!!! Dont the people that are doing this etching on glass ware, check their work???? I finally said enough!! I asked for a return which Qualtry did, but the whole process made is so I had nothing for my sons birthday!”

“I am usually very pleased with my products that I have ordered from Qualtry but my most recent order was a surprise and a disappointment. I had ordered two custom dance bags from Qualtry a number of years ago and they have been perfect for my other two girls dance classes. I went to order a 3rd dance bag last month with a custom name on it and when it came in the mail it is the size of a pillow case. It is much too large to use for a dance bag. How someone thinks this is the size of a dance bag is lost on me and now since it is customized I cannot return it and it is not usable. I am really disappointed.”

“My board arrived very quickly. This is not my 1st time getting this item. Unfortunately this time there was thousands of little tiny ants inside the package. Please check you packaging department for infestation.”

“It is pretty, but feel like the letters could be darker. It is a nice size. I used a Groupon, and the code didn’t work properly, as I see others had same problem. Groupon was no help, but customer service at Qualtrics helped right away.”
