“The product was exactly what I ordered and expected. I have ordered this product before and I give it as gifts. It is always well received, I love the Qualtry items. Shipping is a bit high but the products are always of very good quality. The personalizing was done very quickly and i received it much sooner than expected.”

“Honestly I was a little disappointed. I had.purchased a similar item a few years ago & it was beautiful. This time it was just ok. The etching was not consistent, so it is different shades. Not bad enough to request a refund, but not great. Also had problems using a Groupon, but customer service was helpful once I got through to them.”

“Beautiful tag but 1st use on my bag, the wire they provide broke and had I not noticed I would have lost my tag. When I looked at it,the wires had stripped from the part it screws into.”
