“I have ordered Qualtry's personalized baby blankets for 5 of my grandchildren throughout the last 6 years. Each one has loved and still loves their blankets and sleep with them. They are very soft and have withstood many a laundering. I had always used a Groupon to purchase them so it made it more affordable. But this last month there were no Groupons available for the blankets. I was able to wait for a 50% sale and purchased 2 more blankets as Christmas gifts for 2 new grandchildren born this fall. I am sure they will love their blankets as much as the others do.”

“I ordered a personalized orange dog collar. Based on the stock picture, it looked like a primary color orange. When it was delivered it was a bright neon orange. I reached out to customer service but was told orange is orange.”

“I love the quality of Qualtry and have ordered a batch of gifts before with raving success and for what I feel is great value (small personalized cutting board). This past purchase(s) were made through Groupon. So when another personalization offer on Groupon (battery+tag) came about I quickly jumped - but was disheartened to find a) that only 2 colour choices were available (not presented on Groupon site); b) the shipping per item was almost 3x what I paid for each item. This was all AFTER I already transacted on Groupon. This will make me hesitant to do this again.”

Hello Sheryl, our apologies if we only have limited options available for the colors. The shipping cost will depend on the number of items on your cart as well as the shipping address (shipping charges are per item and not per order). Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.

“Quality was inconsistent. I ordered qty 5 bamboo trivets and 4 of them were printed in alignment with the grain and looked great even though the color of the wood varied greatly. 1 was printed about 30 degrees off from the grain so it looks "crooked". I also ordered 6 cutting boards. 3 of them looked great. 2 of them looked VERY light so hard to see and 1 of them had a flaw in the corner of the board. If all products looked like the ones that were good, this would be a 5-star review but unfortunately the quality was inconsistent.”

Hello Keri, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the items that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
