“I purchased a cutting board for a gift. The board was advertised to be two-tone. It arrived very quickly (thank you). But, if there is any difference in the tones, I can't see it. It certainly is not like the picture. However, I am pleased with the design. So, I'm not thrilled with the result of the cutting board but I am happy with the promptness of delivery.”

Thank you for your feedback Cindi. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

“I ordered from Qualtry and saw that my discount code did not go through. Needless to say that I was overcharged for my order. Once I realize this, I contacted Customer Service via email and they were able to make the adjustments and refund my overage payment. I’m quite pleased with how fast I was responded by my inquiry.”

“received a large collar for my 90 pound lab based off size recommendations. was too big, so I ordered another one, size medium which barely fits and is not substantial enough for the strength and weight of my dog. stitching and embroidery were nice”

Hello Karen, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Our Large size collars are 18-26"L x 1"W and our Medium size collars are 14-20"L x 3/4"W as indicated in the product page.
