I placed an order through Groupon and it said it was going to be two hand towels I only received one. And the one I did receive has either a marker or something on the white towel that is red.

If it's not broken don't fix it! The choice of Christmas stocking you all have displayed is not up to par! Not near as nice! I've tried to match them to quality of that I ordered a couple yrs. ago. If they're as taky as the others I ordered this year. It will be the deciding factor as to weather I'll continue ordering from Qualtry. Thank you

The package that came was damaged, causing the speaker inside to be damaged. The sound on the speaker I purchased for myself gas a crackle. Some of the boxes for those I bought has gifts we torn or damaged. They are pretty speakers though. I have pictures of these imperfections and will be reaching out to customer service.

I’ve ordered from here two other times and each time there were slight differences in the pictured items and what I received. The good news is that though there were differences the quality was exceptable.

Your products are awesome. I ordered the engraved pizza board and the personalized sketch pad as Christmas presents. They came out beautiful. They came in record time. The pizza board was damaged in transit. I emailed Qualtry and heard back within 24 hours. They are replacing it as we speak.

I am extremely disappointed with the finished productswhich I purchased from Qualtry. My items look NOTHING like the images pictured on your website. I was wondering "how" you could complete my order so quickly, my answer- shoddy workmanship. Intended to use these asHolisy gifts, glad I still have time to shop elsewhere.

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.
