“Ordering was quick and easy. The lazy susan is exactly what I had ordered so I've very pleased. But that was only part of my order, I'm still waiting for the rest of it.”

“The set that I ordered was not available so I had to contact customer service and have them send me codes for a new order. On the new order, I had to order each item individually. I ended up ordering 2 forks in error, instead of a spoon and a fork. I called customer service and they gave me the credit to order the spoon, but I had to pay $6 for shipping. I placed multiple orders with your company and was saddened by the fact that the rep couldn't waive the shipping fee after had ordered so many items from you.”

“Aside from taking a long time to receive PART OF MY ORDER, when it was delivered, one of the items is misspelled. It shows ELMMA instead of EMMA. EMMA is the correct name. Then, I have tried to contact by phone and email to request a replacement and unable to do that. No order form or packing slip in envelope. Other part of order not received yet.”

“Was not happy that when the item was purchased from Groupon it was set at 6.99. Then when linked to your site it was 17.99 in told. That to me is a miss advertising. The products was fine. Just not happy about additional cost not clear. Also went through Groupon was tried it came back that it was not available on sale items. If this is the case don't put it on Groupon. I appears I sent 6.99 on Groupon and 17.99 on your site not happy.”

“Ordered today's for Christmas gifts they came in very beautiful the wood grain is gorgeous on these Board's. We received them faster than expected This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this company the 1st time we Had mistakes made but the company was on top of it and fixed the mistake immediately that's why we ordered again”
