Extremely disappointed. The purchase was supposed to include personalisation and there was nowhere on the order form to do so. So I put a note in the notes area and it came and wasn't personalized at all. I'm Extremely disappointed and will tell my friends and family not to purchase through this company.

very easy to order online. Giving the 2 pot holders to my granddaughter who is being married May 10.2023. I have a set too and have given the same design to my son and his wife. Also to myself and my daughter and husband. They all love them. I use mine for all our family dinners. Had many compliments from family and friends.

1. Items arrived WAY after expected date. 2. Item imprints varied all over the board. 3. Items arrived damaged and not suitable for giving 4. CS did not reply to very specific questions

The towels are lovely! Will make a really nice gift--I tie them on to a bottle of sparkling cider or wine. Great turnaround time--didn't take long to get at all. I've been very happy with everything I've ordered from Qualtry, which has been nearly 3 years now.

Quick delivery of items and overall, very pleased with the items. However, the wood grain on one of my items happens to make a dark line through a name which makes it look like a line has been drawn across the name. Would appreciate a replacement, but I would have appreciated someone noticing it before shipping and replacing it then, before it reached me.

I’ve ordered from your company before. The cutting boards are so beautiful and an amazing quality. This time I’ve had a few issues. First my Groupon link did not work and it charged me full price after finally getting a call I got that resolved and they credited back the money minus shipping. I had no issues. I Got my order a few days ago and only got one not both cutting boards. Once again I call customer service only to be put on hold ( not a big deal now a days that’s normal). But once again after a few minutes a recording f comes on to say their business hrs and leave a message. Ugh really again leave a message. Why can’t I speak to a human being to get this fixed. It’s only 3pm eastern time. So now I wait again for a call back. Not sure if I want to buy from this company again after all this hassle. How about having people in customer service actually answer the calls if they have a problem. Asking for a message so you can call back at a more convenient time. Right now it’s convenient for me. Not later

I love Qualtry. Have been ordering items for years. Mostly for the Holidays and presents for weddings and baby showers, but everyone always loves the items purchased and i always love pulling out the items year after year that I have made on their site.
