I’ve ordered several times from Qualtry’s and have been very pleased with the items I’ve received. People who I’ve given the items to as birthday or anniversary or whatever gifts have been very happy with them. I like my own as well and use my cutting boards daily. Cutting boards is what I’ve ordered mostly. I like how I can ask a question and James answers. I like how quickly they arrive, packaged easily, nicely, simply, it seems. My one thought which you might want to know is that just lately I’ve received a board, maybe two, where the personalized name is very light. Most others are darker. Perhaps nothing negative. About that lighter name, maybe it’s the type of wood that makes the name show less. I wondered why the name was lighter, and may prefer it a little darker, but the complete board has been great, attractive and the person who it was intended for Will appreciate it very much just as it is. Glad you’re in the business. I have recommended Qualtry to others who asked and I learned about you from a friend who gave me a board with my name on it. She gave me two! If you want, I woukd deginitely send you a picture of the Qualtry boards I use daily. Joyce Mary

The edging is so shallow and light . All the boards use to be darker wording on the multi colored board. It's a Christmas gift so it's to bad.

1. Quality Control with the color dye lots: Colors deviated from the pictures advertised: muted. The red color was especially dull, almost brown. The red flowers on the deer are rust in color: disappointing!!! Green is an olive color. Again, not the lovely tree green as in the picture! 2. The cost of shipping 5 (no pillow inserts, just fabric) for $20.27 was excessive! Should have been around $5.00.

The company’s shipping costs are too high & they don’t provide tracking information on some items. Although, the cost is the same for each item.

The representatives who work for Qualtry were very helpful. There was some confusion with my orders and they were able to straighten it out for me. My only complaint would be that Groupon, who I bought the vouchers from, did not provide the proper information to redeem the vouchers, which created a very confusing and frustrating experience. As a company that has provided very nice personalized items that I gave to friends as part of a wedding gift, I would hope that Qualtry is able to work out any further issues with Groupon so that it doesn't effect their reputation with future customers.

The products and personalized items are top notch every time I’ve ordered from Qualtry. This last order was missing an item but Customer Service was very responsive and I received the missing item in a reasonable time frame.

Ordered 4 personalized pillows with inserts, came quickly and order was accurate. Second personalized order that was accurate and on time. Plus I was able to take advantage of th e holiday sale. Win-win-win for my shopping list.

I have always liked what I've ordered. The quality and price have been great, however, this last order # 2179956 was incomplete. I did not get the pillow insert that I paid for ($7.99). Please advise as to what I should do to receive it. I don't want to have to give a bad review!

Truly amazing products at relatively affordable prices. Saving off Groupon is an additional plus! I appreciate every time I have ordered from Qualtry, everyone is helpful and the shipping time is amazing! Talk about customer service skills and value for product!
