“I have always liked what I've ordered. The quality and price have been great, however, this last order # 2179956 was incomplete. I did not get the pillow insert that I paid for ($7.99). Please advise as to what I should do to receive it. I don't want to have to give a bad review!”

“To begin I bought this on Groupon and received a discount code to use when actually ordering the cutting board. Qualtry would not honor the discount code and would not answer my chat. Makes me wonder why they were even on Groupon unless it is a less expensive way of advertising I did order the item directly and paid triple once I did this they responded to me and I received it in a reasonable amount of time. I did end up paying over triple compared to the same item on groupon”
