“I love your products but unfortunately my purchase of the special delivery Santa box was smashed into pieces when it arrived. Someone packed most of my other items in the box & when it arrived the box itself was in pieces from being over loaded. I need a refund”

“After an initial hiccup with the use of a Groupon voucher, things went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend their products. This is the second time that I have purchased this charger to give as a gift. Just be aware that if you are using a Groupon voucher, it does not automatically apply as it states in the offer. You must submit your voucher code which requires an extra step in requesting that code from Groupon customer service.”

“I ordered 3 custom pillow covers. @ were good but the 3rd one didn't capitalize the names. I went back & saw that I didn't make the mistake. I also ordered the pillow inserts that were offered. They are the wrong size & very flat. Not worth buying them.”

“Honestly I was unhappy with my purchase. I thought the fabric was really rough for a pillow very scratchy rough. The Christmas pictures were very dull, flat. I’m not happy enough with them to give them to my friends as a gift. The inserts are very flat. It would’ve been nice to know that the pillows would probably take 2 to 3 inserts to make a really nice full pillow. They are from IKEA and when you’re at IKEA they tell you that on their signage. I’ve ordered from your company in the past and I was very pleased with that purchase. So this surprised me. The construction is well done. The fact that it has a zipper is really good because then you can washed the item. And the zipper was put in very well. Also the shipping was very fast I was pleased with that.”

“Last year I ordered several personalized ornaments and received them in time my fashion and they were perfect. I thought I would do it again this year. I ordered 7 personalized holiday ornaments. Only one of the personalization is readable. The other 6 are illegible. I am very disappointed. I have emailed support at Qualtry and have not heard back as of yet. Hopefully Qualtry will give me a refund with no hassle.”
