“I live the products ordered and the speed in which they were received. I am disappointed in the 2 monagrammed hammers I ordered were in someone else name. Reached out to Qualtry to get it fixed and haven't heard from anyone as you can only leave a message.”

“I like your products but this batch was way off the mark on quality and presentation. I bought these as gifts for my employees and half of them are messed up. One is so wrong it is showing double. I am disappointed that it was even shipped out. I put a call to customer service and waiting to hear back.”
