not that impressed with overall quality. Hammer is good. The cutting boards are very lightly etched - not as dark as wanted.

I like the Sketch pads and the engraving was great. However, in two out three the plastic holding the pencils is torn on the bottom.

Very pleased with the quality, but so disappointed with customer service. I have called multiple times and left messages for someone to cal me back, because you only get a recording. I have a problem with one item and I can't get thru to anyone

I live the products ordered and the speed in which they were received. I am disappointed in the 2 monagrammed hammers I ordered were in someone else name. Reached out to Qualtry to get it fixed and haven't heard from anyone as you can only leave a message.

The items that I received were very nice, but the order was not complete even though the items were listed on the packing slip. I hope to get the other item in time for the holidays.

I like your products but this batch was way off the mark on quality and presentation. I bought these as gifts for my employees and half of them are messed up. One is so wrong it is showing double. I am disappointed that it was even shipped out. I put a call to customer service and waiting to hear back.

My sister asked for the item I bought for Christmas. I searched the amazon website and then went to your website directly. Even with the cost of shipping, buying from your website, it was still $25 cheeper. Thank-You, I work hard for my family!!! Rhonda

Quality of products are great but I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Ordered 7 total pillow inserts add on and only two came. Support had not been replying my email yet. I was going to say great quality and fast shipping based on my other orders and this had disappointed me. Update: phone call to support was not working. It was always busy. After 2 days of waiting, support emailed back and they would ship ASAP.

Super fast turn around time and arrived at my house sooner than expected. Engraving on wood items and stitching on cloth items was high quality and a great value for the price paid!
