Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was missing in the shipment. Left a message and Ms. Florence returned my call promptly on Monday. She was very nice and assured me the item would be forwarded to me in a short time. That's all I could ask for. Thank You.

Disappointed with shipping packaging. Some items have scratches due to not having packing between items.

Ordering was easy, as usual with Qualtry. Engravings on cutting boards are clean, deep, and look great. Engravings on mugs are much smaller than I would expect. I mean, much much smaller -- difficult to see unless held closely. That's disappointing. I wouldn't order these mugs again because of the small size of the engraving.

The pillow insert is so flat! I have ordered before and the other one is so much fuller. Attached is pic. I want to give as gift and this one is not acceptable. Pls send me a full pillow insert. I pd $7 already. Thank you for your understanding. Kathy Bauer 6032 Treeridge Trail St. Louis, MO 63129

I guess I ordered the wrong cutting boards - they were much thicker/heavier than the previous bamboo ones I loved so much. But the engraving is fine and I hope they’ll hold up as well as the ones I ordered in the past. Pleased with the fast delivery.

Didn’t receive 2 items ordered and an ornament I purchased was off centered and the hole to thread the string through covered the baby’s “first” Christmas on it. Disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail.

ordered towel in past. Letters were too close and hard to read. Just got two ornaments where cut out circle eliminates parts of words.

I received my small items, however I’ve called multiple times, have emailed & no response. I have one large shipment that has not been delivered & is being delivered to the wrong address. I would like to correct this. Please respond. I ordered these early November & Christmas is this week.
