“Was told up to 7 days to dispatch, on 6th day told there was a quality control problem and order would be shipped within 3 weeks!!! Asked for an immediate refund, still waiting to get it.”

“We bought a iPad Air & paid for it 4 weeks ago today . It has arrived today ,I am pleased with it. But not the length of time it took ,or the customer service,we phoned twice on hold for 30 mins . So not impressed they said it would be dispatched the following day for delivery on Friday ,but on Friday an email arrived to say not for another week .then delayed a second time . So was not to impressed as I thought it would only be a matter of days,although the product is good ,the service was rubbish.”

“Ordered iPhone 8 on 27th march. Didn't show within 3 weeks so cancelled. Expected refund in 14 days. Today is 15th working day and still no refund. Customer services tells me there is a delay with the refund process and that the refund will clear by Friday this week. Also. Noticed on my order receipt that I only paid £2.00 VAT. i have reported to trading standards and had to write a letter to them and my back to get my money back. please AVOID”

“I ordered a phone from this website, with the commitment it would be a 7 working day dispatch. I received an automated / impersonal email curtly telling me that my new dispatch date was over 2 weeks later than the dispatch date confirmed when I ordered. I responded to the email, to no response. I've sat in their telephone queue waiting to speak to an adviser and eventually had to give up, as I was listening to the music for an incredibly long time. Terrible service and unreliable!!”
