Do not purchase from this company. I ordered an iWatch before Christmas and still haven’t received it or my refund. It’s been 7 weeks. I have reported them to trading standards. Not worth the stress

Ordered a mobile phone 2 weeks ago. E-mail said upto 10 working day which is now up and no contact of what is happening with my order. Happy to take money promptly. Received several e-mails wanting me to purchase other product, but why would I do that if not received first order. Would not recommend buying anything.

Only gibpving 1 star because I can't give none. Do not buy from this company! I was sent 3 faulty phones and after numerous emails, was promised a full fund in November - I am still waiting... They lie and make false promises. It looks like I will have to progress to the small claims court to get my money back

Like so many others I am giving one star as I cannot give zero, the phone I bought is prone to overheating but i think this is on account of the case - however this was also purchased from the website. I have since damaged the screen and sent it away for a repair and have been told that I am required to pay £64+ for accidental damage additional. I asked the company what this was for and received an extremely vague response - this is the first last and only time I ever buy a product from this company (another note all the positive reviews seems strangely similar, suspicious...)

terrible company still waiting for the phone after the 10 days the said it shoukd arrive!! and now they said another 3 working days! no one answers the phone, no one is never in the live chat is just emails and everytime they email a different day of the dispatch date!!! still dont have my phone after 2 weeks

Phone took 2 weeks to come, when it did arrive it didn’t work. I have now waited over a month for a refund, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have given one star only because I can't give none and I did finally get my money back. When I ordered the phone, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm for a reputable company. I had read the reviews but rather naively decided to go with the company. Reviews are often given just by the very pleased or like me the ultra disgruntled. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly isn't obvious. Why couldn't QMF just have posted it? I became very nervous when it still hadn't arrived after 10 (working days) and lost confidence in the company so asked for my money back. That we just before Christmas which proved a good excuse for continued lack of service. I was told the finance department wouldn't be back until 2nd January and it would take 14 (working days) to refund the money. Emails, phone calls and huge frustrations followed. I finally got my money refunded today - 2 months and 3 days from the beginning of a dreadful experience. I cant's see QFM surviving as a company. I have to say that the customer services staff had been very well trained to keep their cool when called by a very frustrated customer who'd had to wait in a desperate phone queue for up to 45 minutes. I dread to think how many others are suffering the same fate.

If you want to send a mobile phone for repairs , You don’t have to pay for postage and their job is perfect and clean

I wasn't going to write a review but QMF keeps prompting me to do so. Having eventually got the phone, it seems "Good" even "Very Good" - a bit bare perhaps but I'm not really sure what to expect included. But when I ordered it, I assumed delivery within 2-3 days as seems the norm these days. Having ordered, I get an instant email saying we expect to deliver within 10 working days! This might be stated on the website but it certainly ain't obvious. Two phone calls and maybe 20 minutes waiting made no difference - I was told it is in stock, so why couldn't QMF just have popped it in the post when I said I needed urgently for a trip? I was left unbelievably flabbergasted and worn out! Returning from my trip it awaited me on the mat, 3 weeks after ordering, and so far seems fine.

Please avoid the trouble I have had and avoid this company. I ordered a ‘Grade A’ iPhone 7, but it doesn’t actually function as a phone due to main mics not working. I returned the phone and after numerous e mails and many weeks waiting there is still no sign of promised replacement. Do not believe a word of the e mails this company sends

Never buy anything from QMF, terrible customer service. I am still waiting for a refund and its been over 1 month.
