I am still awaiting a working phone after returning the faulty one that that was delivered. It has been 4 weeks since my purchase. It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone. I am very disappointed. I have tried to cancel the purchase but was told even that would take 30 days!

Don't buy a phone from this company! * The phones on sale are not properly (if even at all) refurbished. * Customer service is virtually non-existent. * If there are any problems, the company will do everything in their power not to give you your money back. Read on ... On 4th October 2018 I ordered a 128GB Black iPhone 7. When it arrived, a little use proved it to have a serious problem with calls breaking up and cutting out. To add to this, the battery was in poor condition and was degraded enough that it no longer supported Apple's peak battery performance (see https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208387). The calls cutting out fault was obviously a serious hardware issue, something that only a replacement could fix. I consequently contacted them asking for a replacement and received an email response suggesting I perform basic operations like switching the phone off and on and giving it a full charge. I did so and told them that given the nature of the problem, I wasn't surprised their advice didn't work, and again asked for a replacement phone. I also asked if it would be possible for the replacement to have a new battery rather than one nearing the end of it's life. Finally after a lot of badgering, they agreed to a replacement and I returned the defective device. It then took over two weeks for them to send a replacement phone, and when it arrived it turned out to be as bad as the first. The battery was once again degraded to the point that it no longer supported Apple's peak battery performance. Also the phone was very badly chipped all over, and in a shocking state! This was the last straw and I asked to return the phone and have a full refund. This was on the 6th December. The response was to ask me to take a photo of the device to prove it was in a sub-standard state. A back and forth of emails then followed, and it took yet another week for them finally agree for me to send the phone back. I did so, and on the 21st December I received confirmation that they now had the phone. They also assured me it would take 10-14 working days to process the refund. On the 8th January I contacted them and asked where they were in processing my refund. To this I was told that their accounts department was experiencing a delay processing refunds due to a backlog owing to the Christmas and New year period, and that my refund would be processed by the end of January at the latest if not earlier. On the 24th January I asked again about the refund. Their response: "As soon as we get a date from our finance department confirming when your refund will be processed, we will notify you." It's now the 12th of February and I've asked twice more and each time received much the same reponse. It is now obvious that they have no intention of ever giving me my money back and I am currently looking into legal options to try to recover my money. Overall it's been over 3 months and I've been without a phone, and been unable to buy another. 'Refurbished' should mean something very different to 'second hand' but the phones sold by QuickMobileFix and definitely the latter, despite being advertised as the former. At no stage have their customer support ever given me the feeling that I'm valued or looked after. Replies have proven that they don't properly read what I've written, and most of their responses are either copied and pasted from templates, or just curt and unhelpful. As the the numerous 5-star reviews they seem to get, that is simply because when they make the sale, their procedure is to ship as fast as possible. Thus people order, get the phone quick, and if it's acceptable, people are happy and give the 5 stars. But if you are unfortunate to have any problems with the phone, then you'll be in for a very different experience with the company! Save yourselves a lot of bother and never use this company!

I have reported your company to trading standards, under the consumer rights act 2015. This company needs to be stopped immediately. I placed an order on the 23rd for £1330 and have never received phones. Like everyone when I chased this was supposedly due to quality checks (utter nonsense...They take your money without having these phones in stock) I’ve requested a refund and nothing has been done. You are illegally holding onto my money and I expect a phone call otherwise I am driving to your offices to confront whoever’s there.

These guys are contemptible. I ordered a phone from them in November last year. It did not arrive within their stated lead time of "10-14 working days." When I kicked up a fuss, they sent me a phone that looked as though it had been repaired by someone with their eyes closed & one hand tied behind their back. I arranged a return, with some difficultly, and sent it back. It arrived back at their premises towards the end of November. After many, many emails asking for it I got my refund today, nearly two months later. Utterly shambolic. I would not touch them with a barge pole.

Terrible service, terrible attitude! If I could give a minus rating I would. Absolutely shocking service; phone ordered in November in plenty of time for Christmas, received faulty, returned, same faulty phone returned...advised to contact Apple myself - never heard anything so ludicrous in my life! Ultimately meant I had nothing to give my daughter on Christmas Day. Customer service staff are so rude......unhelpful, not interested and don't get back in touch when they say they will. Waited until 10 February for a refund! Shocking! No apology, no goodwill gesture for totally messing up Christmas. Would never recommend!

Despite the stated terms on the website that I would receive my order of an iPhone 7 Plus in 10 working days, this has not happened. I am currently at 14 w/d (20 actual days), and despite calling (wait time of 40+ mins), and being told that my item was in stock and had been delayed due to 'quality control', it would be prioritised and I would be informed of its dispatch and should expect it promptly. Suffice it to say that I am still waiting for both communication and phone. When asking about a refund, I was informed that the wait time for my money would be 30 days! Not impressed. I feel trapped by this situation. The fact that the feedback form has an option that says that they expect orders to take over a month has just made my heart sink.

I ordered a phone from you in december(should be a Christmas present) but you did not send it whithin 10 days as you said on your website so I had to buy another one.On 4th of January I asked you to cancel the order as I did not recieve any parcel from you.I also asked a refund on 4th of January and you said that it could take 30 days.Well today is 11th of February and I did not recieve my money back!!! WHY IT TAKES YOU SO MUCH FOR A REFUND??? FOR HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK??????

screen was hanging off the ipad, they then said i had to prove that it was, sent it back tracking details said they recieved it so asked what was going on and they said they hadnt received it, untill i shower them the tracking had been sign for, been waiting 11 days for replacement or refund now

I have reported your company to trading standards, under the consumer rights act 2015. The law states that goods should be of satisfactory quality, shouldn't be faulty or damaged, fit for purpose and as described. As explained multiple times, based on my experience with your truly awful company, I bought a ‘pristine’ iPhone X 256GB from you nearly 4 weeks ago (Order ID 215214). After having to wait two weeks for some unbeknown reason (clearly not quality control testing time), I received what turned out to be a damaged iPhone X. The phone had scratches all over the screen and it would not turn on, even after being on charge for a lengthy period. I have requested a refund from you multiple times. I have sent 7 emails without satisfactory response and have called your customer service line 3 times. Each time I called I had to wait at least half an hour on hold to be put through to the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Each time I was told that a manager was not available to speak with and they would have the cancellations team call me. I have been waiting over a week and have not received a call. You have still not sent my refund of £617.50 you took from me on 16/01/19. As explained, your company is in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 and is therefore acting illegally. I ask again that you refund me immediately, or the next communication that will be sent, will be from my lawyer.

Phone was as described, good value and quick delivery. The only reason not to award a Very Good is the customer Service. There was a fault on the phone which was dealt with promptly but it took 10 days to get the phone back and every time I tried to contact Customer Service I did not get an update, annoying. Apart from that Phone is Brilliant and I'm happy

Excellent service as usual. I was battling against a time frame and Quick Mobile Fix duly came up trumps and delivered the phone earlier than usual. Have used them many times and will continue. Repairs under warranty have been dealt with swiftly and quickly and very ‘pain free’.

I have purchased 2 x Iphone 4s for self and family and 2 x 5s. Never had any problems with any of them. Quick Mobile Fix are fast and efficient on delivery as well. I recommend them without hesitation.
