Sounds is too low and chafing doesn’t work, after waiting an extra 10 days for it to be delivered

The product (iPhone 6S) was reported as being in stock, but then after 5 days we were notified that the phone could now take another 5-10 days. The item took a further 9 days to arrive. Communication was okay and the item was just as described.

Took 15 days to return my phone, despite their advertised claims to manage it over 48 hours. A simple fault that took them this long, got it back today and IT'S STILL NOT WORKING. Zero communication, evasive email responses and 30 minute telephone queues - appalling! Do not use them! They should inform you if they can't fix your phone - and in my case, clearly they couldn't! They just never bothered to inform me! Will have my £40 back, I don't care if I have to take them to court over it!

Hello Sara, We do aim to repair most repairs within 24-48 hours, however, depending on the nature of the fault repairs can exceed this time frame. You contacted us for an update and a customer service representative advised we would have an update yesterday, however, the repairs had already been completed, tested the hone and shipped it. I would strongly recommend thinking twice about using this company. As many of the other contributors have highlighted, they clearly sold me an item that they did not have in stock. I am still trying to obtain a refund for the item and have been given a series of excuses as to why the payment continues to be delayed.

Seems like an excellent phone at a great price. Although it took 9 days to be dispatched it took a long time to be delivered as delivery firm hardly gave any notice on actual delivery date so I missed them twice

I bought an I phone 7 for my granddaughter she had the phone for two days and it lost service I sent it back and after three week they returned it it worked for a day and had the same issue no service. I asked for my money back and they sent me s mail with fixes for me to try. I worked for 10 years in a factory which repaired mobiles so the Fixes they sent me were useless as I had already tried them . I am now going to consumer advise to see how I go about getting a refund

This was one of the quickest no fuss companies I have encountered. The new screen is perfect and there is a warranty on it for a year which is even better. Trustworthy and efficient.

Although delivery was delayed I was kept in the loop which I appreciated. Phone however has a faulty touchscreen and battery life allows use of only a few hours, I’d like to send back for a replacement however I cannot wait over a week again without a phone.

I had a problem with the time my repair took/lack of communication and wrote a negative review. A week or so later I was contacted by quick mobile fix customer service who apologised and gave me a refund of £10 (against a £50 spend). Certainly a step in the right direction. I might consider using them again, but I would need to see via the reviews that their service had acutely improved.

3 weeks to repair a broken screen. No communication throughout and had to keep chasing. to top it all off 3 weeks later they advise me there are additional costs. Be warned quick by name but nothing quick about the repair apart from to try and stick you for extra cost for diagnostics!!! Can never get through to customer services as I imagine they are dealing with equally disgruntled customers that have been lured in to a quick repair!!

Hello, You sent your device for a screen replacement and the repairs were carried out, however, no passcode was removed or provided so we had to request this information. Unfortunately, when we received the passcode to test the item it failed the testing process. We assigned your device back to the technicians for examining and advised that you should have a diagnostics as the phone is on a boot loop which a reset cannot resolve, we did advise you of this and we are waiting to hear back on how you would like to proceed with your order.
