“Chat is far too slow, wanted to make a payment and this took nearly half an hour!”

“The loan process was quick and easy as I 've been a customer before. The 24/7 online chat is a very helpful feature. The only drawback I found was that I'd been sent a letter recently giving me a 25% discount promo code which I could not find before applying - if this had been emailed to me instead I wouldn't have had a problem and could have saved myself some money, which in my situation I desperately need. I am hoping that one of the management staff will help me with this as the customer adviser suggested.”

“like you probably here from a lot of people the interest rate is a bit high I think if someone uses you a lot u should some time give them good offers to keep both sides happy if this was the case I would have givin very good instead of good other than that the service is very good”

“I have been into work to provide you with information that I now find you already have. If your Chat person called Bruce could have cleared that up this morning I would have saved me 3 hours walking into work and back. Julian no problems. So the Good response is for Julian but I would rate Bruce as very poor Steve”

“The customer service was fantastic. Angela, (communicated with the live chat feature) was ever so helpful. Only reason it's not rated top of the top is the dodgy repayment button. When I opted to pay the full loan in one go the website crashed. It happened multiple times and ended up in my having to pay more because it took a few more days than it should of. Other than that it was perfect, hassle-free and as I said the customer service was amazing.”

“It is expensive over the long term but if you need money quick it does what it says on the tin, short term quick loan, the quicker you pay back the less you pay. Always make sure it is as a bridge gap and that funds will be available to pay back quickly or you will get problems.”

“Quick quid has been very useful for me when I have needed financial support fast. I was very disappointed when they took away the flexi option. The flexi option was the best thing about quick quid because it made everything so transparent, I knew exactly how much I was paying the next month because the lowest amount is always too low. After I have paid off my most recent loan I dont know if I would use quick quid again or if I may switch to another lender.”

“When a repayment is missed, the payment section of the website is confusing regarding the repayment date - make it more simple to choose the repayment date.”
