“Filled in the complete form only to be told you wanted more information and to ring your customer applications number, the number has a recorded message where you leave a message and then you wait! Real live people would have been a nice touch so things could have got sorted out and not left a customer waiting. Not a good experience.”

“I applied for 1 loan it was smooth effortless not a problem. I applied for a 2nd loan which was granted. I thought this was 2 seperate loans. It turns out the first which is settled (not sure how), and then rolled into the 2nd making just 1 loan, as your only allowed 1 loan at a time (despite this not been clear on the website). Also I had to go to great lengths to get the exact answer to my questions, this was long winded and frustrating. This could all have been avoided had there been better explanation on the actual website.”

“generally my opinion of quick quid is good but my experience of making an early payment took so long and the amount calculated was wrong, not enough, which I found quite strange!”

“Loan not sent in timeframe stipulated and no information shared with regards to a timeframe for resolution so just left waiting. Shocking stuff. Will be the last time I use.”

“Useless, I borrowed money and kept to my promise of the repayment date and when it came to needing more funds there was no-one who could help me as payment had apparently been "delayed" biggest load of crap just to leave someone in the dark. as this service has been so poor I shall be seeking a different creditor who would be willing to assist and also guaranteed to have a cheaper interest rates.”

“Yes, they can help out when you need funds quick but it's not clear that once you've had a loan from any lender like this, it puts a gigantic black mark against your name and no other lenders will go near you. Trying to contact them, update your details or even make a repayment is so difficult. I just want rid of it and I can't.”

“I am experiencing financial difficulty and therefore contacted quickquid asking for a payment plan to be set up over a 12 month period, I was advised they could not do this and that I would need to default on my account...this doesn't make sense I was contacting them to try to prevent defaulting”

“Had to speak to 2 advisers. First one Juan was not at all helpful, had no faith in him whatsoever. Natasha was more helpful and pleasant. However my previous experiences have been much better and efficient”

“Because i have a 12 month contract loan with pounds to pocket quick quid was unable to help me in my time of need , i was informed by a friend you were very good but i am very disappointed .”
