the loan and everything was fine as was the operator today. Yesterday after my automated payment it said my principal balance was eight nine pounds so I paid this and it said my balance was nil. A short time later the balance had gone back to £35 which was the total of interest for the next three months, I went onto live chat who could not help and then contacted by phone where I kept getting called miss Marilyn which I found very annoying and she kept telling me it had not said £84 but £100 and whatever. I am not stupid it had even filled the box in for the amount to clear so I did this to pay it off, I took this out and the month after you stopped doing this type of account so I have really struggled to pay it off, I don't think you have been very helpful in my trying to do this.

I appreciate your companies speed and reliability on the initial application and payment of the loan. But the repayment process and Live chat is painful, the staff operating the live chat don't seem to be very knowledgeable or very too helpful. Why you make it so difficult to pay your company back money i'll never understand, but I believe this is an area that needs serious work.

Not very happy with your excessive charges that go on and on.You as a company is not very transparent with regard to the excessive charges.I feel i was ripped off sad to say. Will i be using quick quid in the future? honest answer i dont think so once bitten twice shy

My payment was taken the day BEFORE I got paid which left me short for other bills. I now believe that when I tried to pay the loan off in full the early payment was not considered and I have now overpaid, leaving me in financial difficulties again. Poor show Quick Quid.

I cant understand why im not allowed to top up my current loan when i did not get the full amount Im allowed to loan, instead, it directs me to apply for another loan which i could not get straight away

Full of canned messages - a simple yes / no at the beginning would have resolved this. My question was pretty simple.. The adviser was good at copying and pasting but maybe did not have any actual knowledge.

I contacted live chat and explained my situation and the representative seemed to ignore what I'd told her and continued to transfer me to a team that I knew were not open yet and had already told her this, after she tried to transfer she came back to say she was unable to transfer me, I only wanted options on how to make a repayment and instead got told what I already knew...

I have never had a bad experience with quick quid before but its been 13 hours since i requested a loan and still dont have the funds and there is no update on when they will be available

Wanted to spread my payments out over a longer period to reduce the monthly payments due to essential living expenses increasing and they were unable to help me. Not good for what is meant to be a "responsible lender", I am not saying I am not going to pay, just I wanted it to be longer to reduce my payments.

Wanted to pay off my loan early, tried online but unable to as currently processing my monthly payment. Waited a couple more days and still unable to, all the time accruing more interest so tried their online help chat who couldn't do anything either, just said to wait until the pending payment had cleared. Great, but on asking about the daily interest I was getting charged as the loan was still open, no answer other than it will keep accruing until you pay the loan off... isn't that what I am trying to do! Will be emailing the transcript to the financial ombudsman as I cant believe it s fair that they can charge me more and more interest on a loan I just want to pay off. They need to have a system in place to make an additional payment if this is the reason, their system cant cope with multiple payments at the same time?!

I will not be using your service again as you changed all terms and conditions after my loan was taken out so what turner into 3 equal monthly payments to pay it off turned into so far 6 months I have cleared it today and will not be using your rip off service again

i do not like the way you have set up the payment plan now. i like to use your company as it was easy to do. but now i dont get the option of short term loan in one payment, you now trying to get us to do loans over 11 months. this is only going to get people in to more debt and trouble but pushing up your profits. if this stays way it is i will no longer use your company and go to one of your rivals. ive used your service for a long time now and would class myself as a loyal customer. please go back to way it used to be and think of your customers and not just your profits thank you craig craig.bassett7@googlemail.com if you like to reply to my statement
