“I am just gutted, I had a £50 loan in the past with no problems, it was repaid on time etc etc, I applied for a £50 loan today which i will be able to repay in full in 3 days time.... and because i was honest about my change in job etc they wanted my latest bank statement or payslip?? i earn more now than then.. for sure, yet a simple bit of honesty stopped the loan being accepted.. i couldve said nothing at all about any change of circumstances, but i didnt.. so thats very muchly disapointing from QuickQuid.. nothing gonna be quick about it if u have to send things in??!! i dont understand the problem.. i earn more money now than before yet its on the 2nd loan you ask me to send things in??!! Shouldnt that have happened the first time if any.. there was no hassle in repayment of the last loan.... GRRRRRRR. Raging. However on the other hand i used live chat to see why it still said being processed, and although obviously he was the barer of bad news.. hhis customer communication skills were faultless. He was called Randall, and i was very happy with the live chat although obviously not the outcome of it, but its always good to get someone you feel actually wants to be able to help, thats what you call great customer service skill, so thanks Randall for your help, but QuickQuid.... you really really really let me down..”

“Advised by email that no payment was due on 28/08/15. Next payment advised on website was 30/09/15 however full payment was collected 3//09/15. Reason given a system error. When I tried to make a partial payment earlier in August it would process due to a system error. Very disappointed with Quick Quid and will be reporting to Financial Ombundmans”

“I'm very satisfied with this company. I'm having a loan with them almost a year now, and everything was very smooth with them. Application was quick and easy, money was sent to my account fast. The interest is high, but if you cannot afford a loan with your bank, you need to accept, short term loans work like this. The other big benefit was the very helpful and professional staff. Two times I had to use their live chat to find a help. Both times they solved my problems in few minutes time. I highly recommend quick quid for everyone.”

“Using the Live chat today to resolve a payment problem and found the live chat very useful and more convenient than a phone call/waiting on an email. Also spoke to an staff member call ''Jose'' - who,due to his professional attitude and obvious good knowledge of his job made my situation 100% easier,and resolved with ease and politeness, I think you should give ''Jose'' a bonus or a few beers!!! (I would if i could) He really is a credit to you. cheers!! LD”
