“I was told that I would have the part the next day but it came two days later. I took time off work to do the job but it was wasted as the part is still in the box until 9dec and no main oven at the family home until then. I'm going to use a different provider the next time”

“Before ordering the required spare part I spoke to a person who spent quite a long time discussing my requirement before agreeing on the correct part. I ordered the part online that afternoon and it was delivered by 5 pm the following day. The after sales service was even better as when I had difficulty with the new part a phone call with James provided advice and suggestions. When I still had a problem James arranged to send me a different new part to try. Quinnspares have provided the best experience I have ever had in regard to pre-sales, ordering, delivery and after sales online. Louis Garvey”
