The part did not fit and I broke it trying to fit it, so I couldn't return it.

They part I received dose not fit my fridge I have phoned 3 times trying to sort out this matter and was told a sales person would contact me and sort out the issue. I emailed photos as was told to do but still no one has contacted me. Each time I phone it costs me over 5 euros and I live alone and can’t afford the cost . I was waiting to hear from Quinn’s. Thank you.

My order was incorrectly delivered and when I contacted you I received no assistance other than a post office delivery notice. A cleaner on the parade of shops eventually located my order about a week later in a pizza shop. I feel that customer service was very poor.

Dryer 8 weeks old motor went had to get a new motor and had to pay 200euro to get it fixed will never shop there again

Hi Mary, I'm sorry that you have had problems with the Commercial dryer purchased. The dryer in question was purchased with a "Parts only a warranty" & we had a new motor with you within 5 days, FOC. I'm sorry again that we could not assist you with labour / fitting costs as this is out of our remit. Quinnspares Team

The part was not compatible with my oven and I asked them to confirm this before the order was sent. I sent an email when the item was received but I never received a reply.

Wrong part sent. I sent back wrong part. A week passed passed. I had to ring. Told part for me had not come back to them. Now sending another part a week later. Not good service

Reason for such a low score is because I ordered for my parents and paid for my item on the 19th of January received an invoice but no way of tracking item, item has still not arrived and as I’ve been away they have confirmed item hasn’t arrived and I’ve had no correspondence on where the item is. I’ve just returned home and will have to call myself to chase order

Hi Olive, Thank you for your review. Having looked into your order I can see that the product you ordered has been made obsolete and that we sent you a refund on Monday 21st January.
