“Called them by phone, wasn't waiting long to speak to a helpful person. I ordered the part and was told it would be there within a day or two. The delivery was exactly that and would certainly order from them again. The part I ordered hasn't rectified the issue so I may have to order something else from them!”

“Unfortunately the spare part I ordered was damaged on arrival and I am still awaiting a replacement. I fully understand with the current problems with COVID the supplies are not readily available and trust I will receive my replacement soon.”
