“Placed an order for all the parts to set up my sprinkler system. Ground shipping became FedEx SmartPost, which takes over a week to arrive. The sprinkler heads were missing. OK, so they'll ship them ASAP like I asked. Sure, SmartPost again and another week lost, so I got the parts from Home Depot where they were in stock and cheaper. I emailed RB on Sunday to stop the shipment and requested a refund. Nontheless, on Monday FedEx notified me of the pre-shipment, which they did not get until Tuesday and it will not be delivered until NEXT Tuesday. In the meantime RB has not responded to any of my emails. Time to dispute the order charge with Amex and refuse the package. This is real $$1tty service RB!”
“I have an extensive home landscape irrigation system and I use mostly Rainbird products. I like the products but the company shipping is terrible. I placed my order and it was cancelled "by our system" without informing me. So here I was waiting for my products. Only after tree emails they informed me that the order was cancelled. Advised to place a new order. Well NO. I will buy my irrigation products somewhere else. Advise from me: do NOT order here.”

When buying enough product to qualify for free shipping ,it can take several weeks for the order to arrive. When I pay extra for two day FedEx service, they are not smart enough to ship to the physical address on the order when the PO box is shown on a second line.
I now avoid shopping Rainbird and use Drip Depot or Sprinkler Warehouse when possible.”
