“Great company to deal with but they use the wrong couriers. Delivery problems, but when it did arrived looks good. A battery, so have to wait to see how it performs!”

“I was very impressed that just a day after placing my order my plywood sheets did already arrive, well packaged. The only minor thing that could be improved upon is to use different sellotape that leaves no marks on the plywood or at least only small amounts. I haven't tried to remove the remaining tape marks with spirits or sanding them out as only 1 side of each board was affected. Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again in the future”

“The on-line site has become much more convenient with a change of web-page format; it's much faster for those with slower PC's and note-books. I have used Rapid over many years, and found it has a very good range of electronic components, from known brands; price has always been competitive too... one bug I don't like, is when making up an order to find an item is on a 5 day or months back-order. This will force me to use another supplier, unless I have no other option, and will place only a part order with Rapid. Overall, while shipping cost remains reasonable to Jersey, I will continue to use Rapid wherever possible, due the fast delivery.”

“Found Rapid Electronics to have a quick misorder correction service when notified. Recent order concerns 2 lots of 200W E-I chassis transformers, one was wrong voltage to that ordered.”

“The item was priced very well, was promptly dispatched, and safely packaged. Communication was very good. My only criticism was the quoted cost of posting to New Zealand. Originally it was to be about GBP30, but but using a New Zealand postal service based in the UK it cost me around GBP13, paid for in NZDollars. That seems much more reasonable for an item costing GBP3.95”

“Service and delivery is very good as usual. I did not study the measurements of two items very carefully so one is larger than I expected and one is smaller. I am not sure there is any remedy for you but the pictures of comparable tools are taken at different scales. The measurements of one tool was clearly visible but I am not sure about the other.”

“Webb site not the most straight forward for elderly one-off-users. For computer nerds or regular customers it is OK. Suggest the designers get thier Granny to try and make a purchase. Time her !!!”

“Good website, product delivered on time and couriere texted to notify delivery time. One downside, in common with many suppliers - £3.99 to deliver an item weighing only a few grams within a few days seems excessive.”

“Ordered 10xAAA and 10xAA batteries. Items dispatched quickly, but in 2 separate packs as one was out of stock. The AAA batteries arrived in a large box with more than ample padding - overkill really, but OK. The AA batteries were in their small box inside a padded envelope, and arrived with internal box broken. Batteries ok, but strange the two different methods of postage. Generally pleased however.”

“After many orders I have had no problems with Rapid. My last order included a request for a number of different boot lace ferrules. One of the packets of ferrules looked more like a reel of solder. A quick phone call to Rapid resulted in the correct item arriving the next day. I am most impressed by their performance and would really recommend them.”
