“For me a bit slow from ordering the items to delivery. I will put that down to the fact it is a new account but I have been waiting for 2 packs of fuses now for 2 weeks. All items were in plenty of supply. The first pack (split consignment) arrived the first week ok, the second I am still waiting for. I am a bit spoilt as all other online companies I use deliver the next working day. I will continue using Rapid as I have for the last 10 years because the vast range of products you have is one of the best. Kind regards.”

“Always prompt with orders. Just wish they might have more 'offers' opportunities - perhaps free postage for orders over £10.00 say, for a limited time? There is one 'competitor' currently offering free postage on all online orders. I'm sure Rapid might follow suit?”

“Would have been five stars, but since the takeover by the German firm the amount of stock on backorder is ridiculous. Sadly sometimes Rapid are no longer rapid... This is frustrating for me, even more so when ordering stuff for my school, so frustrating!”

“Dear Sirs, I was a little disappointed with the delivery from UK mail on my last purchase, I was not in to receive the delivery and it was left with a neighbour but no card left to say this was the case. and where it was left. I looked on the delivery tracking to see if there was any information, this showed a signers name, but was not a name of any of my near neighbours, so I sent an enquiry to UK Mail using their query service to enquire which house number it was left at, but received no reply in response. It was not until the next day that one of my neighbours brought the package round and wondered why I had not called to collect it on the day of delivery.”

“As usual, an excellent shopping experience from Rapid, only let down by the delivery experience by UKmail. For some reason (not explained) my parcel was delayed, so I stayed in all day for nothing! Had to arrange for delivery for another day so in all it took 3 days instead of the usual next day delivery.”
