“Very quick service - normaly arrives the next day I do however have 1 gripe - recently i was made aware of a 10% discount for Oct - but when i tried to take advantage of it - it was declined - the reason i was given is that - AS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER - IT DIDN'T APPLY - IT WAS ONLY AVAILABLE TO 'CUSTOMERS' WHO HADN'T RECENTLY BOUGHT...!!!! So Rapid give discounts to 'poor' customers - but don't reward the 'good' customers......????? not the best way to encourage continued usage.... Customer Service take note...”

One slight down side with the web site is that browsing is a bit cumbersome if I don't know exactly what category/range to search within.”

“Rapid Electronics is great. The website is well organized and intuitive enough, usually the product pictures do relate to what you're actually getting which is a big plus in my opinion. The user area is also really handy when you're handling stocks and component lists. Deliveries are light speed as I can literally get my order overseas the next day, this is really amazing.”
