“Usually a good experience , but one complaint - my last order for two of your items code 70-4038, came up with "one item dispatched" (which I have received ok), and "one on back order" which I am waiting for, and have had no indication of how long the wait will be even though I have been charged for it. This is perhaps something you may wish to improve on for your customer satisfaction.”

“Good customer service and advice on the final product I purchased. Fast delivery and great quality of goods. The only downfall for me is I wanted to order a bulk amount depending on the first one I bought. When I went to order the extra LED lights they were out of stock but was told before hand I could buy more if I were happy. Lack of stock and times for re-stcoking are bad in my personal opinion.”
