Had to learn by experience that it is necessary to press the handle of the guillotine towards the body of the guillotine in order to obtain a cut, otherwise it just mangles the paper. Once I grasped this, it provided a very neat cut.”

“Good website, good stock and efficient company with reasonable delivery costs. The only (very big) thing thats puts me off and makes it last choice for me is that it is foreign owned. UK has a massive balance of payments deficit and companies like this make it worse. Until the UK population learn to buy British unless there is no alternative, our continuing economic decline is assured.”

“I found the item that i was looking for and placed my order. When the parcel was delivered it contained an assortment of jump cables. So i had to contact customer services to complain. Customer services passed it on as a complaint i was contacted that day saying the correct item had been dispatched. I received the item the next day so i can only give a rating of good. But would like to say after my complaint the service was excellent”

“This is in response to my first order. Excellent range of products (not just electronics), competitive prices, prompt despatch of in-stock items and good packaging. Generally good online experience. Just one small disappointment: one item was shown as in stock at time of ordering, but actually was not, so had to wait several days. At least the other items were sent straight away.”

“Prices are always Keen. Usually the items listed are in stock, so delivery is pretty quick. The range is good enough for my production needs that I use Rapid for the bulk of my component stock. If they carried the components that I get elsewhere I'd also prefer to buy them all at one place, but it's understandable that one company cannot carry all the components available.”
