“Wide list of good products at excellent prices. Service is good but geared up for the mail order customer. Living in Colchester means I can easily collect and avoid postage costs. The on-line collect service cannot be used for European Warehouse (not 'in stock') products - good job the telephone service is courteous! Life gets more complicated if you want some European warehouse products and some local products! Sort this one Rapid and your service will be excellent too.”

“The communication was very good allied to the assistance I had received from one of your colleagues on the phone. The fly in the ointment was delivery speed! “used rapid for years and since there take over by the Conrad group. I have used them personally and as a business customer. in both cases service is quick reliable reasonably priced and professional. Any problems although rare are sorted quickly without hassle. I only award 4 starts due to the fact many items are on long lead times of several weeks or even months, this is clearly stated on the website and via phone, but it is worth mentioning.”

“A quite expensive but stable 'third hand' to assist with soldering work. It's still difficult, even with three alligator clips, to get two parts neatly together but very helpful nonetheless. And worth the £45 cost. Better than paying £15 for a lightweight and wobbly alternative.”
