“Wrong item sent out. I was initially told when calling the items do not always look the same as the item on the website. After sending pictures and chasing up twice I was told the wrong items were labels and despatched. I still await to correct item.”

“If it was not for the post office the service would be very good. But if it ends upto 3 days to get your delivery, because of the red card put through the door at 8 o/c on friday, when for 54 years we have opened at 9 o/c, then you have to wait for 24 hr to collect, have to pick it up on Monday. Sugest you do not use the Post Office to deliver orders.”

“I ordered 15 batteries 18 3890 13 arrived with 2 to follow, when I chased the outstanding I was told they are now obsolete and all they could do was to collect the 13 and credit them.”

“Order came and had the wrong item delivered. After 5 days the right item hasn't been sent and Rapid partnering UKMail to deliver their goods is a match made in hell. Really disappointed with the service.”

“Misleading product description. I bought 8 x Uniross Hybrio D 2400 mAh converter packs. The batteries are actually 2100 mAh and so discharge more quickly than I was expecting. Also, one of the battery packs had already been opened. If won't use Rapid Electronics again as I prefer to buy from companies I can trust.”

“Placed an order for 30 of 52-0277 & 100 of 52-0282 & you had neither in stock :( disappointing as I needed them for a customer order!!”

“We are a manufacturing company and choose not to use Rapid as our main supplier as they have proven over several years that they can not maintain a regular supply. IE we specify a component, they will have it for a few months, then the item is nil stock for extended periods. These supply problems have been experienced over many of their product lines and not just one or two items We only use them for one off ordering for parts that are in stock on the day and only where there is significant price incentive to do so, we would not consider them for our normal production ordering due to unreliable supply and inaccurate back in stock forecasts. We opt to pay slightly more but have a reliable supply from other companies.”
