“We hired through 'Rated People' Lee of 'William Witney, Proserve Building Solutions' to replace the old guttering of the house. The work was completed to what we thought was a good standard and therefore the bill was settled in full. However, a few months later we began to have repeated problems with the guttering. We contacted Lee and he said he would attend the following week to repair the problem, but on the date agreed, he did not show up. This occurred two more times, where a member of the household had had to stay in for the whole day on the date agreed and Lee did not show up without as much as a phone call to inform us. Since then, we have tried contacting Lee on a weekly basis, asking him to honour the guarantee he provided and carry out the necessary repairs, but to no avail. This is going on for three months !!! As Lee has completely cut of communication with us we hired an other tradesperson, which informed us that the problems occurred because Lee had not replaced three sections of the old guttering. We are very disappointed with Lee of William Witney, Proserve Building Solutions, as we will have to pay again for the same job !!! Kiki from Finchley”

“I needed small job reflecting of shed roof Ben well builders got in touch and arranged to come and price. Arranged time for job gentleman Mr machine Richard's came very efficient and quickly completed job cleared rubbish away would certainly use again”

“After receiving 3 quotes i decided to go with K&h Building Solutions Ltd and i am glad I did , what a fantastic job they did for me Klodjan and his team also arrived on time and did a professional job which i can't fault . I highly recommend this company and should i need any future jobs i know who i will contact thank you guys Jeffrey”

“Would like to highly recommend Craig schofield plumbing and heating email cls10@hotmail.co.uk. Craig and Richard did a fantastic job of refurbishing my bathroom nothing was too much trouble for them , there help in helping me choose my tiles and bath shower cubicle etc was second to none, great guys who worked so hard to give me such a lovely bathroom wud definitely use them again..”

“Placed job on site, then accepted quote from personal reference. Before I had a chance to withdraw job, phone rang. Thanked him for ringing, but told him job gone. He became very angry immediately, told me he had to pay site £25 for lead. Found out later if I confirmed he didn`t get chanced to quote, wouldn`t be charged. He knew this, as he applied for it. Shouted at me I would pay him the £25. I said I wouldn`t, and he said I would, and he knew where I lived. Which, thanks to rated people, he did. Called police, it`s being investigated. not giving name just now because of this. No phone number for Rated People Reply to e-mail said they didn`t read them! sent me to other page, which wouldn`t load. Never again.”

“Elect Roofing Would recommend this company .Did a first class job striping our roof and replacing with new tiles. Work men very tidy cleaned up be for they left each day .Definitely A 5 STAR COMPANY”

“Realy bad service for trades. If you are looking for customers, do not use Rated People. We have paid hundreds for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Be warned: Once your test period ends there is no chance of you canceling their "service"! If you are not happy with them, they will eventually give you some credit to use on leads but t99% of their leads are not real. The only way to get rid of Rated People is to pay IN FULL the outstanding amount of your contract and walk awat empty handed. Stay away!”

“I contacted Rated People to find a reliable Roofing Firm. They came promptly to give me a estimate which was very competitive with others and after considering like for like I chose "Triumph Roofing" They came promptly to undertake. They were very polite worked hard and cleaned the site thoroughly on completion. I would fully recommend this firm to anybody that needs roofing work undertaken.”
