“Bitterly disappointed paid for my red letter experience to be delivered they are Christmas gifts and I only received one it’s now the 23rd !!! Ordered it a few days ago now and the other one arrived it obvious these are gifts !!”

“Very difficult to contact, long call waiting times and Worst of all they sent the surprise info info to my daughter instead of to myself who paid for the treat. Not much of a surprise now! Overall pretty much of a disaster.”
