“Easy to use, lots of choice, received quickly and felt reasonably priced. Also had an issue with having a red letter experience bought for me, however was unable to use due to covid. The customer service was so helpful and gave me a voucher to replace the experience”

“Placed an order, apparently order didn’t go through even though payment was taken. Didn’t get notified till I called. Was emailed to say refund was given but no option to sort what I actually wanted. So went to virgin experience instead!”
