“Took advantage of two experiences during the Black Friday event. Good value for money for things I have wanted to do, the reduction in price was the incentive to finally book. Emails received quickly and followed up with information in the post soon after. So far, all very good. Can't wait to use the vouchers for the experiences purchased.”

“Absolutely first class service however the merchant refused to honour the purchase this despite your representative calling them to confirm the purchase and us calling them as well This was not in anyway the problem with Red Letter Days who refunded our payment and handled the problem in a very professional way Well done to Red Letter”

“For Christmas 2021 I have purchased a total of 5 afternoon tea treats for the special people in my life. I’m actually in the process of organising two more! Such a wonderful way to let people know how much you care and even better that the choice of when and where they spend their special day is up to them. Absolutely perfect, makes me so happy to put a smile on other peoples faces.”

“Easy to sort outlooked at the site to choose a present that I thought that would be a dream for him,chose the super car experience as he`s never likely to win one unless he wins on the lottery,got to chose the venue carefully so that he can drive the cars that are all at one location that appeal to him, hopefully I will be able to accompany him as a spectator hopefully”

“Waited over a week for delivery and when received the envelope was opened and contents had been tampered with. Obviously not RLD but the delivery service they use Royal Mail. Also this review asks if you want to upload photos but won't allow you too. Very dissatisfied.”
