“My partner and I were very disappointed that the occasion we bought was not even available when we got there. We contacted customer service but have never had a response. We understood the company was in administration. We have never got our money back. In answer to the questions below: no response,at all and no money refunded.”

“Everything went well, ordering etc. This was a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately you sent it addressed to him in a normal envelope, so he opened it 5 weeks before Christmas, kind of spoilt the surprise really and disappointed his mother and me.”
