“Extremely disappointed with service at Prezzo Stowmarket. The staff gave us the wrong menu to choose from to start with, the chief hadnt turned up, once we ordered our starter took over an hour to serve. My husband got up and was asked do you the bill...his reply was no my dinner...some 2 hours after arriving. Main arrived had to get our own cutlery, food bland served on cold plates. We decided to take our desert home couldn't wait another hour. An extremely disappointing evening considering we where celebrating my husbands birthday.. Service not good ...not the customers fault if the staff dont turn up!!”

“Great service as always,delivery time excellent as recieved in 2days.Goods as discription and undamaged.I have never had to return goods or ask for a refund.I would recommend this way of ordering goods for many occasions .A happy and satisfied customer.”

“Beware of this scam company. Beginning with the nightmare of wasting all the time trying to redeem the voucher which would not work, hoping that you give up and don't use it in the end. Terrible customer service. Oh and because I have cash credit (my damn money that was paid in to their accounts before) I cannot use their black friday 25% off discounts and had to pay full price. This is how this scam company treats their returning customers. Never again.”
