“I paid for a Special delivery and Hermes failed to deliver on Saturday therefore wasted the money I hope the experience when my Daughter redeems the Voucher is more successful .....seems I cannot claim any refund which is disappointing.”

“I wasn’t sure what to get my Husband for his January birthday so soon after Christmas. I decided an experience would be nice as he could do it now or later in the year. Went on red letter days website . Clearly laid out options and there was a sale on so even better, decided on the 5 car driving experience as he loves speed. Perfect gift 👍”
