“I ordered the gift pack and paid the delivery charge on 14 December assuming that this would be delivered before Christmas. As of today this has still not been received.”

“Very easy to use website, I was able to filter the options to find exactly what I was looking for. The item arrived in plenty of time and the packaging was excellent for giving as a gift. I liked the idea of the credit card style voucher. This was a birthday gift for my son and he was very pleased with his gift.”

“Made choice on line .... found it very easy. Paid for gift box and it arrived on the 3rd day. Just hope that my grandson will find it as easy to arrange date. Very pleased with the service I received choosing the experience.”

“We ordered 2 off road driving experiences and paid extra for delivery. We rang up on Wednesday and were told that we would have them by Friday. It is now Christmas Eve and they have not arrived for our grandchildren. Very disappointing as they will only have an email voucher.davidwren”

“I cannot fault the delivery of the voucher only the wording on the voucher. I ordered a Deluxe 2 night break for some friends who have had a difficult time and on checking the voucher it just said 2 Night Break. I sent a message to Red Letter and also rang and discussed my disappointment of the wording and requested a revised voucher. I was told that yes I had ordered the Deluxe break but there probably wasn't enough space on the voucher to print the word Deluxe. I was amazed at this response. I was assured that when my friends log on they will see it is a Deluxe break and they failed to see my point that if I had bought a Deluxe break I wanted it should show on the voucher. Apparently if it had been a Blissful break it would have shown on the voucher. If the voucher space for the wording isn't large enough the space should be revised. I know its only a word but I wanted my friends to feel special. Very very disappointed.”

“Ordered a gift with gift box for someone for Christmas and it's didn't arrive after 4 days. So now all I've got is to use the print off voucher and put it in a card. But on the upside I'll have a useless box to use after Christmas .. Thanks”
