“This is a present for ny husbands birthday a good choice of venues and prices to suit most. I opted for gift box which makes the present look special, this arrived within 2 days of purchase which was a weekend also option of e mail so no extra cost .”

“I booked a spa treatment for two as a surprise Christmas gift to my wife, who I am certain will invite our grown up daughter to join her so they can really enjoy some rare "mum and daughter" time together. The booking seemed very straightforward. I selected a nice looking/sounding, hotel spa in a convenient location and, while on the same part of the booking page, noticed that I could add an "afternoon tea for two" at a very reasonable extra cost - a perfect addition for my gift I thought. Sadly (and very annoyingly), the website DOES NOT make clear that the afternoon tea isn't automatically at the same location! This is very frustrating and should be made much clearer. I am very disappointed indeed and will unlikely use Red Letter days again.”

“Brilliant. I needed to amend my order as I forgot to select gift box and it was all sorted out for me promptly and helpfully. So glad I went for the gift box too, it is lovely and the experience is going to make such a wonderful Christmas gift. Thank you!”
