If I can't get the products I ordered without having to ask day after day, You wouldn't want to see my review of your company. I think it is pathetic on your part that you have to cheat to get my money , I won't donate to your company when you brag about how much you have, Can't you afford to buy your daughter birthday gifts without having my money to do it??? My snowflakes arrived damaged n u have charged my c.f. was a recurring charge when I don't I owe u anything. You are running ur business poorly

No surprise service has not gotten any better, since Ive had these same issues 3 years ago. Was blocked from posting anything on Facebook or Twitter and all negative comments were being deleted as well. No response from customer service via email or phone calls. Eventually has to file a complaint with BBB. Finally did received the product 6 months later and never received my full order. This company is a joke.

Don't order from this company. I have filed complaints with the Alabama Attorney General's offices as well as the BBB. I ordered 2 products but was charged for 3. I simply wanted the reimbursement from the 3rd one in which I didn't order. They told me no. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They also stopped me from commenting on their Facebook page so I couldn't put in my experience with the company. I have also since found out, that numerous customers never received their products and some were charged for things they didn't get or order. I don't recommend doing business with this company at all. I just wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Don't make my mistake. As now I am doubtful I will receive my products too.

Company charges immediately after ordering and then you have to wait forever to receive product. Picture of item looks larger and then when it arrives it is so much smaller. Very deceiving!! Will never order from them again. Money wasted.

Everything went wrong. No response to five emails until two weeks had gone by. No one to answer the phones and no return of my voice mails. Ordered a gift, was told it was in stock. It has been 25 days and still not sent, from Alabama to Texas. I had to go out and buy another gift (made in China and arrived faster, go figure). I tried to write a review on Facebook and Redline would not allow it. Never ever never again....

Terrible customer service. Sent wrong name on customized piece we waited 16 weeks for. Asked for correction and waited another 8 weeks for that. No discount. No apology. Blocked me from commenting on their FB page. My negative comments were the only thing that got them to respond to me. Shady as F business.

Bottom line, do not order products from Redline Steel. Go local, support local. I bought some custom products from them as Christmas gifts. Two arrived, one hasn't. I've tried to contact the company via email 3 different times and not once have I received a reply. Both of the items that were delivered were warped. This was probably due to the cheap packaging and crappy 3rd party shipping company that I've never heard of that gives the packages to USPS. One of the items has a very slight chip in one area, so that shows they probably didn't prepare the steel properly before coating. The missing item is one that shipped a week before the other two and has been held up by OSM Worldwide. A few days after ordering, I began to wonder why I haven't received any sort of shipping info, so I started digging on the website. That's when I discovered the ridiculously long shipping times. So I found their chat box and asked where the order was at in the process and if it hasn't been started, I wanted to cancel because they failed to communicate the delivery times. The lady I chatted with just regurgitated what I already found out, offered no solution, and told me it's company policy that there are no refunds on custom items. I said if the items haven't even been started, there should be no reason that it can't be refunded. She never replied, but the following week I did receive a shipping notification for the first item, the one that is lost by the hands of OSM Worldwide. I'm all about veteran owned companies (I am a veteran as well, so I understand), but I draw the line at poor customer service. This company is best served by shutting their doors and finding another line of work where they don't have to deal with any sort of customer service. As for my solution, I will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can do a charge back for part of the order. Perhaps this would get this company to respond.

I tried to order a "free" snowflake that I only had to pay shipping and handling on. When I tried to order it online, it automatically offered me a 3-pack and charged my credit card $32. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but got no response from customer service. After three emails I finally got through to customer service and they told me that "promotional" items are nonrefundable. Their customer service absolutely refused to help me either cancel the order or obtain a refund. Buyers beware!

Terrible company the owner has zero sense of morals he robs people by making his website set up where you automatically get signed up for a monthly subscription that is near impossible to get rid of. I’m surprised he isn’t under investigation.

Wow! Very unethical and corrupt company Ordered a flag and through their maze of ordering buttons to actually place your order I accidently ordered 2 metal flags. (I'm convinced it's set up that way to confuse people) Even though it said my order was pending and would ship in 3 business days. I contacted them and they said no refund on promotional items! What a scam! And this company is supposedly run by a Christian owner?? Shoppers BEWARE of wolves in sheep's clothing!!

I placed an order a month before my friends wedding and found out that it takes 6 to 8 weeks before it’s even shipped. They recently had a promo where there was 32% off because of their owners birthday and was unable to figure out how to get the discount. There’s an 800 number to call but all that does is direct you to the website I have tried emailing them asking questions with no response.

I ordered something back in early June and still haven’t received it. It’s august 27th. Their customer service department is very nice to speak with but they wait time is insane and they don’t even try to explain or offer proactive correspondence. I wouldn’t recommend you order from them unless you don’t mind waiting almost 3 months for a couple of shirts. I hate to give bad reviews but this was just a horrible experience.

Had 2 different orders that took over 6 weeks to get,only after I filed a complaint with PayPal that I didn’t get my stuff then I got most of my orders. One order was complete the other order was missing half of it,when I sent a email it was kicked back to me saying it was delivered. They have nice products but poor customer service

They signed me up for automatic delivery without my permission and sent me duplicates of things that I didn't ask for. I contacted them several times and no answer and no money back.

I placed an order 8/06/2021 on some items that they said was overstock, it is now 8/15/2021 and my items still have not shipped. If it was overstock it should be available to ship. I really would like these items once I get them I will not order from them again. I am so disapointed with this company they have really nice stuff

Their customer service is non-existent. I’ve called, emailed and tried to chat with no success. When I reached out on Facebook to ask about my order status I was told orders ship within 3-6 weeks. Seeing as my order was older than 6 weeks I requested a shipment date and was told “soon”. No further assistance. Not even an apology for the delay.

I ordered something over a month ago and I have not received it yet I had to look on the internet to find out the contact information to contact the company to ask about it I have yet not to hear back from them and I spent my money on something thinking it was going to be here within a month still have not yet seen it but I've get email after email bothering me about wanting to buy something and about a dollar Tuesdays I am not going to purchase anything else again from this place poor poor service!
