I have ordered just a couple of items from this company, I recently recieved an email for an order I did not place at all, and my debit card was charged as well. I emailed the support team about it and have not been given a response as in to why this even happened? I have also made a 5 dollar donation as well in the past which I have noticed that is reoccurring on my bank card once a month. . I highly supported this company in the beginning and the owners. But lately with charges and no answers as in to why. I'm now disappointed. That's why I'm giving 2 stars .

Although I respect Colin the owner I cannot say the same for their customer service and how their wepage is run. They don't clarify on discounts or deals that you can't use your credits. Plus they try to get you to purchase more under false advertising free shipping if you do add on products. Don't pay with PayPal as it will not show your the final total and ask for authorization to purchase and order, as it automatically charges and then you don't know the total until they send you an email confirmation. Because of this I wanted it canceled and refunded. Customer service will argue with you and only state you can have a gift card. Lame customer service over 18 bucks! Lost my business and I will tell others too! Colin your head of customer service is really not a nice guy.

Heads up , you will not get an answer when you call the 800 number. I have yet to get a response from anyone at Redline Steel and have made several phone calls , left messages and still NO return call back ! If this is how they do business I will never order from them again. I do hope I get the one purchase I made soon. I was on board to support a Veteran owned business , but now I have serious doubts about the legitiamcy of the company. Roxee

Took over a month to ship my item, but I did finally get it. Then out of nowhere they charged me for a monthly subscription service I did not sign up for or authorize. I was able to reverse the charges but will never order from them again. They do not answer emails or phone calls. Buyers Beware!

Their product is awesome. Their customer support is nonexistent! I have used everything offered for contacting them and no response for 3 weeks. I received a partial order and I ordered 6 weeks ago. Maybe they bit off more than they could chew. Too bad. I support our Veterans.

Still waiting on my order, 5/24. This is ridiculous! These were Mother's Day Gifts, which is long gone. I ordered 2/19/21!!!! I have asked to cancel and for a refund a couple time & they keep responding that my order is almost done.

I never ordered a subscription. I had $24.95 taken out of my debit account. Then in April 30.92. Only item I ordered was a sign that said nurse. I would like my monies refunded. No one answers the phone & I couldn’t leave a message Thank you in advance Marian Fee

I just like everyone else writing a complaint I place an order Feb first in good faith believing a "veteran owned" gifts for my children, over $100.00 that now I feel its lost money I am a veteran's widow on a budget, how sad, I have written and called just like everyone else and get the same and the same answer, the order is being processed,

Very Disappointed. I ordered a shirt on a special in a medium for a birthday gift. I received it but unfortunately it would have fit an XL. I finally received a reply after 3 contacts offering me a 20% discount on a future shirt order. The design was perfect but at best could be used for a sleep shirt by a much larger person. You can get better discounts at a grocery store. I like the looks of their products but really hesitate to order again. I like their helping others but they need to clean up their responses & image by satisfying dissatisfied customers.

I have ordered before and never a problem. It does take awhile to get your product and that’s why I ordered on the their Cyber Monday sale 11/30 Today on 12/23 my order still hadn’t shipped. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again. I advise anyone who orders from this company to order 3-4months in advance. The sad part is nothing I ordered was custom. It was tree stakes and a Christmas tree ornament. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars ⭐️ instead on 1 is because they refunded my order right away when I ordered. So now I have to go find 4 Christmas presents for family on the 23rd of Christmas. I try very hard to always support our military and family owned businesses but I will not order again from this place.

Communication and the length of time to hear when product is shipping and getting delivery is HORRIBLE. I HAVE ORDERED 3 or 4 TIMES. I am done. This is way to stressful. Never know if you are getting ripped off. The feeling is horrible. Not how I want to ever shop. They take the enjoyment out of it. NO COMMUNICATION FROM REDLINE STEEL. They grew too fast and are not trying to do the most important part better. CUSTOMER SERVICE will make or break a company.

As a 3 time returning customer i am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. NOT ONE email, phone call returned when looking for my order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. worry about orders you have in house not your $2 specials. Will doubr I will ever order from them again.

I placed order and somehow it got duplicated. I sent email immediately with order nbr requesting they delete the duplicate order. I just wanted ONE. No response, no answers to phonecalls. I just rcvd duplicate order... cannot get in touch with anyone there to help me. I will not deal with them again.

I ordered two nursing life art work one in red and the other one white for my mother and my sister. And, I paid extra for the red one. But, I didn’t receive a red one at all. I received a black one which I didn’t order anything in black and white one. I have contacted the company many times about this mistake and it’s been over 2 weeks now and no one has reached out to me to fix my problem. I don’t think I would want to recommend anyone ordering anything from this company if they are not willing to correct their mistakes.

Ordered a pair of the key to my heart key chains. First off we were charged the wrong price and had to get a refund, then they charged $5.95 for freight it came today and cost 50 cents! More importantly the edges were so sharp we cannot use them,my husband has to take them out and grind them. Have ordered from Redline before with no issues but this time nothing went right

Order of heart keychains took over 3 weeks to receive. For a stamped out manufactured product should have been faster as everyone else received theirs much sooner according to chat. The items themselves had many sharp items that cut my fingertips just handling normally. Husband had to sand out the pieces as these were stocking stuffers. Quality overall was very shoddy. Very unimpressed and thinking twice about another order

I too had ordered in plenty of time before Christmas. My order was placed on 11/25 & money taken out the next day. I sent an email on 12/17 asking about my order & I got an auto email back stating that they still showed the order open and an email will be sent for tracking purposes once rec'd. I'm not in a hurry & I didn't need this for Christmas, but we are approaching 2 months. I sent a second email on 1/11 that I'm still just making sure that they still had my order & got another email reply back stating that they are currently receiving a high volume of emails and would reply back within 5 - 7 business days. I never rec'd a coupon off & my email also stated that they do not offer phone service at this time...as it is too much for 4 agents to handle. I want so much to support this company for being Veteran operated, but I am having a hard time with all this....not sure what I am going to do. :(
