“I enjoy everything I have gotten from your company, however your customer service is lacking. I had a problem with "hope" that I tried to order. By the time I received the email answering my question, I missed the $2 special. Also, I had a credit which expired TWICE. I tried to use my credit to purchase something which is still in my cart and it didn't work. I've left four phone messages as well as multiple emails. Please rectify this situation with a phone call from a human. Thanks for your time.”
“I do love the products I have purchased. However, bad experience when I ordered a tshirt. Returned for different size, but no response from Redline. Not impressed with customer service. I did get credit months later for tshirt I returned. I would like to order more shirts but unable to since I did not receive replacement.”
