“I found the instructions easy to follow as someone who has very little experience of computors but the telephone contact was sometimes hard to understand as the sound fluctuated.”

“I had many sessions before I felt that my computer was operational again and I still need to check a few things yet but overall this last session with Paulo V was rewarding . I do feel I had to make too many call-backs to get to this point but I hope it was worth it. I thank all those who had to assure me that the job would get done.
