Reinalyn was very helpful to me with my limited technical knowledge. The testing after she corrected the problem went well, but I guess the real test will be when we get back to our normal usage. Many thanks for what we've seen so far.

My original appointment time had no response. After several phone attempts and three hours after the appointment time I was finally given a technician to check out the problem. This took close to 5 hours and the good news is the problem appears to be resolved. The technician, Maxine A, stayed with the resolution procedures, provided extensive and professional application to update the outdated portions in the computer. Success! My computer is working properly! Other than very slow response to missed appointment time I am very happy with the outcome of this repair. Joel Shane Gabbert

I had some wierd problems, but they were correctly diagnosed. The customer service rep was patient beyond belief. While the price seemed high, I need that kind of support. Well done Reimage

I have been putting up with all that's gone on with the computer. I was a little hesitant at first allowing someone to get inside my computer.

By giving me total service when called upon to do so with a result that is both reassuring and satisfying. I think the company can do excellently and there will be no holdback for any recall when there anything wrong with pcs, laptops and IT issues. Thank you.
