The technician was great but getting to him was problematic and the technician phone number I could not get a live person. Can we improve that?

Alberto kept working on the problem until it was resolved. Appointment was for 10:00 AM and it is now4:50 PM

Representative spent extra time to clean up old files and end root out the problem with my computer. After session timed out he followed up with me to ensure that all was completed and functioning well.
