Mouse cursor problems were solved were solved by JAY quickly and satisfactory. Thank you REIMAGE!!! Need to improve response time when Emails and phone calls are left. Once contact is made good job always.

I lost the WiFi connection to my laptop and I was unable to restore the connection I called Reimage Tech Support for assistance. The answered my call and had me connect a cable to the WiFi router to enable them to connect with my computer. After checking my WiFi connection information and correcting what had changed, the WiFi was restored. I was very pleased with the fast response and knowledgeable and helpful assistance that I received. I have recommended Reimage to friends for their computers.

This product is a ripoff. The "Help Desk" loaded my new subscription when my old reg key wouldn't work although I have months until its renewal. I downloaded the new program because I had an error message saying several (.dll) files were corrupt. Then they ran a "special" program and (amazingly!) found several threats. They then offered to resolve them but it would cost $300, $400 or $500 depending which plan I chose. I asked if this was optional and was told 'no if I didn't choose one of the programs they couldn't help at all'; I chose the least expensive. Six hours and two technicians later they still hadn't solved my problem although I kept telling them they'd downloaded the wrong drivers. Finally, I downloaded the correct drivers and, guess what? My problem was solved. They then asked if there was anything they could help with. Give me a break! They apparently use a third party (Restoro) to handle problems but they appear a bit unsure of what they're doing. They have lost a loyal customer for the sake of $300.00. Jack Sullivan

Whenever I have had a technical problem, Reimage has always been able to solve it for me. Things happen, and I can't remember what half the problems were, but I signed up for Technical Help, in preference to the computer fixer man down the road who helped me set up in the beginning, because he is always busy and I have to leave machine with him, and Reimage is able to help immediately. Also Reimage does a check up if I want. By going on to the 123 site I have absolute trust in Reimage having access to my computer. I strongly reccomend them.

being computer challenged, it was wonderful to have people explain clearly to me what the objectives are and what was needed to rectify any situations. i am sure I will be a loyal customer if, after the first checkup, things are going well! seeing no problems, however. to new customers, this is a step in the right direction for your problems.

Neede urgent work on my laptop. Re Image were extremely good and efficient. Fixed problems remotely and quickly, did not have to move from my sofa !!. All fixed, interaction with operators/tech's was friendly and very polite . Very good company.

Hello Frank! Purchasing the software is optional as there is also an available free manual repair. Simply log on to www.restoro.com/pricing and look for something that says "free manual repair" fill in the details and we'll send you a free key via email. Simply register the email you would like to receive the license key with and you're good to go! If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Click on 'Repair' on each issue found. Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key.
