tengo una clave activa comprada en noviembre de 2021, por formateo del equipo, al reinstalarlo no me permite activarlo.

Hola Oscar, La clave de licencia no es válida porque se reinstaló el software. Hemos reactivado su clave de licencia. Pruébalo de nuevo y ahora debería funcionar. Permítame ayudarlo a activar la versión gratuita del software siguiendo los pasos a continuación. > Una vez que finalice el escaneo, desplácese hacia abajo hasta la parte inferior de los resultados donde verá el cuadro "Tengo una clave de licencia". Ingrese la clave de licencia, incluidos los guiones, luego haga clic en Aceptar. Clave de licencia: > Haga clic en el botón "Reparar" para cada elemento encontrado. Una vez que todos los elementos estén reparados, le pedirá que reinicie la PC para aplicar los cambios. Nota: si tiene la intención de utilizar la clave de licencia manual gratuita, no haga clic en "Reparar todos los elementos". What made me really happy was that I was able to contact somebody right away this time and the technicians were very helpful in helping me to resolve the problem with my computer.

it lied to me by saying i could "Have 24 hours of free fixing" it has been a hour since i installed it and still it's not letting me scan for free

Hello Davis, We're glad you have reached us about this matter. We understand how it is like not getting the program running. Let me help you activate the software's free version by following the steps below. > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask to route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. > The manual license key is good for 24 hours. We have reactivated it again as a courtesy for you to try to run the repair again. We hope this answers your concern for today. Should the need arise please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. I found it very confusing when a company called Reimage Bluesnap took my renewal subscription, especially when I tried to load Reimage and was told my licence had expired! Having resolved that issue with one agent, another agent apparently 'fixed' my computer and then wanted a lot more money to give me full protection. This seemed like sharp practice so I refused. You should not use tactics like that if you want to be recommended.
