“Paulo, the technician, seemed to know what he was doing, and he was helpful in the chat box. However, we have only just finished the job and I can't say whether I am happy, especially in view of the high and unanticipated cost. On the other hand, I obtained this repair remotely, Paulo's work took several hours, and I was able to obtain his service without leaving the house (having to take my computer to a shop), and that was a plus.”

“Called reimage on re-occurring pop up. They went in and repaired and fixed computer, but also repaired other problems I had not seen. The service is great.”

“is not the first time i purchase reimage, but the first time that mentioned to call to asses the computer, and then they found all this problems that had been hiding and somehow i did knew but didnt knew how to fix properly, so the gave me a service program, expensivve for what i can afford but its worth it, because i can protecct my personal info. Noel and Red where absolutely amazing, and will continue with the company because seervice is amazing”

“This program has saved my a$$ more times than I care to count. I have a very complex system, and when things go REALLY South, it has never failed to get me back up and running. I am a software engineer and have been working with Windows since 1.0 but this could be used by my grandmother. Worth every penny.”

“The program did eliminate some of my malware and issues. However it operates a bit of a scam in that you must call them to finish install. The option to finalize install is missing the cell to enter your key code so you must call. That call took ONE HOUR and became unpleasant and even became heated. After they build trust and confidence they jump into high pressure sales and even get NASTY with you if you push back!! Also mislead you with information for the sake of getting you to buy more services from them. Sales rep actually made statements like ” If you would just listen to me then I could explain” “If you would not interrupt me I can give you other options” I was not interrupting – I was responding to her questions or comments but she didn’t like that I was not agreeing to pay more money so she got rude. AVOID this scam to get more $$ out of you.”

“My pc ran very slow and programs seem to crash frequently. Reimage ran the scan -diagnosed the problem(s) and fixed them. My computer is now much faster. I'm glad I have reimage on my team.”
